Sugar Cookies with Royal Icing for a Cardiologist
I made these cookies as a thank you to my Dad's doctor. He did so much more than slap a bandaid on Dad's heart. What he and his team did is truly astonishing. They deserve much more than cookies, but it's nice to be able to do a little something.
I love the personal touch of thanking a doctor with cookies—it feels so heartfelt. It actually made me curious about the bigger picture of patient follow-ups and amb referral meaning in cardiology. Such gestures really highlight human connection.
