Snowflake Mini Sugar Cookies with Royal Icing

Spring?  Is it really spring?  Here we are on March 26 and I'm staring at a couple of inches of snow on the ground.

Seems appropriate to finally post these cookies from last month

Want to know what these cookies were for?

The lady that ordered them was hosting a party for her 78 year old grandmother.

A grandmother that eloped with her 93 year old beau!  How cute is that?

The mini snowflake cookies were bagged up for each of the guests.


This is the last of the winter themed cookies! Back to spring in cookies and hopefully the weather!

    A sweet occasion for cookies and just like your recent dresses, a gorgeous purple hue! Are you using Americolor violet? Do tell! :)

    Thank you Michelle! Yes, Americolor violet.

    The color on the photos doesn't really match all that well what they really looked like. I can never get purples to photograph properly!
