We have ice cream cones, lollipops, wrapped candies, cupcakes, #3 and the birthday girl's name spelled out.

I don't sell cookie designs based on copyrighted/trademarked characters.   These, however, weren't for sale.  I made these for my cousin's daughter.

My cousin made some tags and bagged the cookies up for Kayla's friends.

One of the ladies that works at the bakery babysits this cutie.  She would often hang around, watching me decorate cookies.

On this day, I had some extra cookies and icing.  She went to town!

Look at her with the scribe tool.  I didn't even tell her to use it.  She was moving the icing around and wiping it off on the damp cloth - just like I do.  She really had been watching me!

She was really amazing.  I couldn't believe how well she did on her first try at decorating!

Washington, DC sugar cookies with royal icing

These cookies were for a little girl's second birthday.  The mom sent me a photo of a painting.  The painting was beautiful.  It was of her little girl sailing the Potomac River.  That was the theme of the birthday party.

The cookies represent the Washington Monument, the Capitol, the Jefferson and Lincoln Memorials.  Of course we have the little sailor girl.  She was so much fun to decorate!
