State Cookies with Heart

Wedding Sugar Cookies with Royal Icing- the bride and groom's state with heart for their city

This is the second time I've done this for a wedding.  I love this idea!

Their city of Ashburn is marked with a heart on a cookie in the shape of Virginia.

These make great wedding favors!  Available for purchase on my website.

Tiffany Inspired Cookies

Gift Box and Tiffany Locket Sugar Cookies with Royal Icing

These cookies were for a bridal shower.

I had to do "research" on the Tiffany website.  What grueling work - looking through page after page of stunning jewelry.

The heart lockets were transfers.

The most difficult thing with this order was the ribbons and bows on the present.  My cratering problems gets me every time.

Easter Sugar Cookies

Sugar Cookies Decorated with Royal Icing for Easter!

It's time for Easter cookies!  Every year, I enjoy making these designs and making a few changes!

Baby chicks and a little bunny.  Just a few changes from last year on these.  I filled in the wings on the chicks and sugared the bunny tails.

Bunny faces.  The same as last year (designed by Sugarbelle) along with some carrots.  I don't know why carrots are cute, but they are!

I decided to play around with the bunny face cookies this year..... I really like the definition of the face, the tufts of hair, and the ears on the cookie on the right.

Hatching bunnies and chicks and polka dot Easter eggs.

My favorites this year....Peeps cookies!  Wilton came out with the cutters.  Yay and finally!

I was pretty pleased with the definition on the chick cookie.  I wasn't sure that it would work but it sure did.  I really love these and they couldn't be simpler....

Happy Easter 2014!

You can find these and many other designs for sale on my website.

Engagement Ring Cookies

Engagement Ring Sugar Cookies Decorated with Royal Icing

I've been making a lot of engagement rings lately.  I guess wedding season is upon us!

The last order had some other shapes mixed in....The date calendar (Haniela's design) and a wedding gown.  I love the simple grey/white color scheme for this whole collection.

Building and Congratulations Cookies

Sugar Cookies with Royal Icing - Buildings and Congratulations

I was asked to make cookies as a gift for a couple that just purchased an old mill.  This mill......

She wanted mill cookies. Eep.  I was nervous but took the plunge.......

Honestly, I wasn't thrilled with the result.  The windows annoy me still.  The customer loved them and I'm sure they were delicious, so all was well in the end.  :)
