I just love them. Beautiful to look at, fun to make, and delicious to eat!(And if you've been following my "dough spreading" issues . . . I'm so happy to report that the last two batches of cookies that I've baked since that post have had NO SPREAD. Woo hoo!)
The leaf detail is wonderful - so simple, but adds such a nice dimension to the cookie! It has felt like spring pretty much all winter here, so it seems like these kinds of cookies have been overdue :)
